ok i am new to the game and i play in the server hercules and i am lvl 12 and i have a lvl 10 glavie (+3).....(noob question) what does the +3 mean????

lvl 10 + 3 glaiver = lvl 13 glaive

lvl10+3 means its stronger than regular lvl10 weapons.
