33 strength, im guessing a glaiver, so you'd be fighting scorpions and blood death/devil flowers which azre equal to your level. judging by the skills you use and a fairly decent quality glaive you should stick with mediums.
your ratio is probably going to be about 6-7 MP pots to the hp.
so if you bought 100 hp (2 x 50) you'd buy 600 mp (12 x 50) about 2 stacks of pills to start with. try that, adjust it depending on what you run out of first

I don't use pots unless i'm in the 200 mp left area of mana. i don't go crazy and use pots to bring it back to 100% because the fact of the matter is, you're not going to use all of em at once so only use them if needed.
And what's wrong about sitting and enjoy the view once in a while? x] Hell, it's free? ^^

I, as a strenght build, started using large potions at 48. Its not like my char is screwed or something, its pure, with pimped gear n all and I didnt find any need to use them earlier, though, if you feel like it, you can start even at 42.

and makes your grind take sooooooooooooo much longer, lol
If you already have a set number of potions you take out for a grind (like an example above, 100 hp to 600 mp), and you use them at a rate where they both run out at almost the same time, dont switch until you find your HP running out a lot faster than your MP.

And that is why i'm starting to be active in this forum, i kill like 20 monsters, stop, take a seat, and talk in the forum =D I'm taking a break off grinding. Saves money, and well, i still use my time by going on here.
