Masteries and Skills

If I de-level my masteries do I have to de-level the skills too? Im tryin to create a gap without losing too much.

I believe you have to delvl the skills before it will let you delvl the mastery lvl's. not 100% on this. heard it in another thread.
If it isn't broke, mess with it till it is.

Yes you must delevel skills before you can delevel the mastery level.
