Euro/ China boundries

Will china be entitled to euro privileges such as job party Xp, mastery increase with lvl, access to euro mobs, Stall regisration, and pvp against euro chars?

I think the stall regisrition will be a good idea because then we can get what we want, rather then wondering through meny stalls

Europe's mastery limit goes up as you level. You don't start out with 300 but that is what you end up with.
