New Server For Euro, 3 Questions ! TY

Ok I havent Decided weither to stay on my present Server "Eldorado" or find a new one when im starting my New Euro Char.. Really looking forward to the party side of the play .. The one reason I would like to leave is because Eldorado generally sucks where as excluding a few genuinely nice people I met most are scammers bots and stupid racists. 3 Questions

1. Will Botting be reduced on Euro and Therefore the Whole Server by lowering of number of Chars per Acc ?

2. If I switch Servers will I still be able to access all my $$ and my pimped bows that I have in Storage as my Eldorado Char ?

3. Is there a point switching and are all servers Basically the same people just different faces... (as the song says) ?

1. Botting is pointless as grinding in party is faster.

3. Some servers are better than others, i see Greece has a great economy, yet Oasis and Zeus have nice people (generally).
