Potion use delay

What exactly does it do?
I mean its the delay between the status/dmg until autopot uses potion or it is the time between 2 pots in a row?
Does it apply to all 3 kinda of potions/pills?
Should i check this option and if yes what delay should i use?

pot delay means that you can youse the next potion 15 seconds after the
one you have used. therefor, the role of healers (as in clerics) is so important
in Europe. the tanks take hits but cant spam their potions like in china, so
they need somebody that constantly heals them or they will die

edit: nevermind you mean the delay in china sro probably.. i was talking about
euro. well the delay is part of the autopotion option. you can click that option
if you want to control the times between the potions you use. for example
if you get 150hp from the potion, and the auto potion function uses potions
too quick after another, you can adjust that time so you use less potions which
means less money.

hhm so does this mean the potion war in PVP will come to an end if the delay is about 15 sec. for auto potion to work. or could you "manually" click on the potion and still spawn them like crazy. :roll:

well this is euro we are talking about now. in euro, you have a 15 second
pot delay always. not only for autopot. if you click manually, you will see a
15 second countdown before you can use the potion again.

but as i said, they have clerics to heal hp, and bards to heal the clerics mp.
