it's basically 'wanted' points
u only get them when u're a thief and u murder a trader or hunter.

not sure why they call them 'arrange points' cuz u don't 'arrange' them in any way =.=

Arrange Points is a system of points which prevents you from killing too many hunters, basically. Whenever you're in a thief suit, and you kill a hunter or trader or their transports. Once you get to 3000 arrange points, you become "Wanted" That means anyone in a hunter suit can kill you, and get tons of Hunter XP. Even if you aren't in your thief suit, they can still kill you.

The way you lose Arrange Points is by time. I'm pretty sure it's 1 point every minute. You don't lose them by killing mobs, like with murder points.

If you die to a hunter while you're Wanted, you have to pay a penalty, I think it's somewhere around 150000 to 300000 gold. You also get a 3 hour job restriction. That means you cannot put on a job suit for 3 hours. The time goes away ONLY when you're signed on. So you can't log off for 3 hours and come back and put a suit on.

I hope this helps.
