Guild question

If i get a guild at lvl 20, and then delevel back to 16, will i still have, and be able to master, my guild?

I am SP farming at lvl 16 and so it wud be mint if i cud get loads of GP points too.

So please let me know

At lvl 18 now, skills at lvl 7 still so a good 9 lvl gap at lvl 16.

yea, u can be master even if u r under lv 20, u can even give yoru guild to lv 1 mule, but thing is u have to be lv 20 to create one....
