weapons have a minimum and a maximum damage.
the higher your attack rating, the more hits towards
the max damage you will do

reinforce on the weapon is a bit tricky, but in general
it means the damage you can do will be influenced by
the amount of int or str points you have.

Damage from reinforce= ((Reinforce%) * (totalInt/str))/100

if you add this number to your weapon attk/mag attk damage...you will see the number under the phys attk./mag attk. on the stats page.

meaning of the reinforce is not important, all u need to know is higher reinforce give u higher damamge...

Yes basically if you have 55.65% reinforce, your multiplying a part of your damage by .5565 so obviously reinforce influences damage greatly.
