How do u put an image/screenshot here???

OK here it goes.. yes im dumb ok i do not know how to put an image below my post or anything, was wondering if u guys could help me by telling me how to (step by step) im REALLy lost here

, plus this will help anyone else like me, altho i doubt theres people like me T.T

have to screeny saved somewhere one ur comp

then go to an image hosting site:
http://imageshack.us/
http://photobucket.com/

then copy and paste
