De leveling?

Ok so i dont kno much about it.

I think that u would lose ur skills say u have a lvl 41 skill and u go to 40 u will lose that skill i would think.

Do u get ur sp back and ur stat points that u spent in int or str.

I heard it takes a lot of money to do? why?
Cant u just go somewhere with really strong monsters and die and have a high lvl friend res u and u die again and keep repeating?

How exactly do u de level and what do u obtain when u do it. Also why is it expensive?

is there a limit? how much sp do u get back? why is it expensive? do all monsters drop curse hearts?

u dont delevel your skill lvs by dying, but u delevel your lvs by dying...
