wat lvl should i get a job?

depends on the server. old servers like xian you probably want to be in the late 40's, 50's. new servers like zeus you can start if you are late 20's (i think...)

Yeah depends, but you shouldnt job... all 3 jobs dont make lots of money, its better to just grind the cash. Only to jobs if your really bored. And btw (this is what I did): when i was grinding at hyungno ghosts, i always kept a theif suit,
50 horse pots, and a horse(the transport horse). I theifed like 3 per day xD
