Curst Hearts require ingame gold and can be done from lvl 20 onwards. Can be pricey if you are gonna be delvling alot of things.

When you do the cursed hearts quest (must be lvl 20+), you have to collect Cursed Hearts from mobs. For every 10 cursed hearts collected, you get 1 reallocation potion. 1 reallocation potion will get rid of 1 skill, or 1 level of mastery. Everytime you use a reallocation potion, it will cost you in game gold, and the cost depends on the level of the mastery you are deleveling (dropping a mastery from lvl 65 to 64 will be more expensive than dropping a mastery from lvl 16 to 15) so be sure you have enough money. Also, when doing this quest, you will only get back 80% of the SP used to gain the skill, so if you needed 100 SP to get the skill, and use this quest, you will only get 80 SP back.

The other alternative requires Potions from the item mall which costs real money. This method gives you back 100% of the SP you put into the skill.

When i need to delevel a skill, if its a high level skill that needed a ton of SP, i use the item mall potions, but if its a low level skill that i need to finish getting rid of, i do the cursed heart quest.

and to get a whole mastery level down, you must
first bring down the skills in that mastery.
