Immortal = higher chance weapon won't break during alchemy
Astrol = on items +4 or higher. if fails, item will go back to +4 minimum. not +0
Steady = Saves durability on an item. on high+ items, when they fail, durability can be reduced. steady makes sure this doesnt happen
