Question about Farming, that i cant find

ive been looking around the forums and im a bit confused about the meaning of Farming. i know my max skills must remain at 7, then i have be level 16 for the 9 level gap. Now, what does farming mean? does it mean i gain as much SP points at level 16 and start to delevel back down to 5% before i hit level 17? or does it mean i have to hit 17, then delevel back down to 5% of 16? or does it mean since the best SP leveling is between the gaps of 7 and 9, i should hit 16, delevel back down to 14, and back again to 16, and repeat? or does it mean i should continue past 16, go to level 20, and delevel back to 18?

I think u should farm at lvl 16. And when i lvl up to 17 u should killurself to lvl 16. Whatever. :>

an easy way to do it is to not change your masteries at all. Farm from the beginning of lvl 16 until you reach lvl 18 or 19, then die over and over again until you reach the beginning of 16 again. Rinse and repeat. Get as much SP as you can stand or as much as you want. Most people can't handle sitting down day after day and farming until you hate the game. So you may want to spread it out... at least that's what I'm doing. I farmed 2k SP at 16, now I'm farming 15-20k at 32. So yea, it doesn't matter when you delevel as long as you do it.
