Vent Servers and other Q's

ive been palying the game for a month or two now. ive read a lot of the guides on this forum just a few questions that i cant find answers to;

1. what is a vent server? (read this randomly somewhere)
2. how do i get rid of murder status? (accidently pvped a noob when he took his cape of )
3. planning to farm at lvl 42 whats a good mob to farm on as a int heavy hybrid?

1) Ventrilo, free voice chat program
2) you have to grind, or get killed by people (BE CAREFUL if you choose to get killed you MAY drop your equipment, so put it in storage.) Btw you'll lose EXP and SP experience!!!
3) not really sure...Depends of your gear and weapon ...somewhere around bunwang i guess
