deleveling and INT STR

if i delevel what happens to my gained Int and Str of those deleveled Int Str Gains?

do i still keep the int str gained - or do i lose them untill i reach that level again?

I think you lose the automatically allocated int and str points, but the 3 that you assign are kept.
