About questing:

I looked over the quest guide already published and I didn't see what I was looking for. That is the 3rd inventory expansion quest. I am level 63 on alps and really need the extra space for arrows. Any help in where I can find this would be greatly appreciated.

*I was told 3rd inventory exp. was available at lvl 60 but didn't see anything on it. ~Thanks
