little trade question
boyaka boyaka.
As a trader, you will spawn thieves according to your level and your load. For example if you have a one star you'll usually spawn 1 thief at a time that is either your level or lower(green to white). Sometimes you may get double spawns where you only have a 1 star load but spawn two thieves. As the stars increase, so do the number of thieves you spawn and their level.
Every spawning rule that applies to the trader is also true for a thief. Except that a thief cannot attack a one star trader. The catch is that the npc thieves will attack any transport. So if you are level 20, and you have a level 50 thief on your ass, you'll still spawn around level 20 thieves while the thief will spawn around level 50 thieves. The player thief cannot attack you but his uber npc thieves can. After they kill you and your transport, the player thief will loot your goods. In other words they can kill your transport and you indirectly by using their own spawns. That's whats called one star popping.
