Where is juho for quest

I know there's a quest i can get from juho to do with archers, i think its a level 11 quest but i dont know where to find him. Any ideas?

1. walk through the doors to the right of the general.
2. walk past guild agent.
3. walk to the right past some tents
4. speak to juho

1. Press H and read a little bit, makes miracles ingame.

2. Press M and click on Jangan <-- use the map

3. Press Q and open the quest log and click on the quest, then close it and follow the yellow dot on the minimap in the right upper angle.
