everyone says that ice is useless because people can get 100% immune at high lvl, but then can't they also get 100% immune for fire and light at high lvl as well? then fire wouldn't burn and light wouldn't have that parry effect. so wouldn't the different imbues be the same?
unless the base dmg (without the added effect) for fire is higher than light and light is higher than ice...

ice is lowest damage + best effect
lightning is middle damage + and effect is good but won't do a MAJOR difference
fire is highest damage + we all know what burn does
When you are immune to ice, you are basically left with lowest damage.
Immune to light you have medium damage.
Immune to fire you still have highest damage.
If it was impossible to be immune ice would rise in popularity again.
