take ss ingame. go to (for example) http://www.imagehack.com upload the pic and then post the last link between [img]and[/img].

So: [img]link%20here[/img]

TAKE SCREENSHOt, Post on say Imageshack. Choose ur size and pick
Forum 1 , and copy and paste. Then just paste the whole link. and u get ur pciture.
