Hey,

Will the Degree or stats of my item that im plussing need a certain amount of lucky powder?? I know that you match the degree but whats a good amount for lvl 26 earrings?

It takes 1 lucky powder at a time. (You can add more but it doesnt help. Only 1 is used)
