about the red stat of durblity decrease
i heared that if your item got it than the item cannot be repaired
is that true?

say your item has 100 durability and you get the red durability reduce. If it's 50% reduce then your total durability is now 50.

The 400% durability drops by uniques cannot be repaired, other items can.
