Scammer or Not a Scammer

Someone was selling a weapon elixir for 180k. Good price huh. I pm'ed him to buy it, said stall it (not wanting to get hacked). He comes up with some bs saying he was banned for 3 days from stalling. I said there was no such thing. Then he said to read the forums to find such a thing. I still didnt believe him. Is he telling the truth or just trying to hack me? (He wanted to open exchange with me!!!!)

Oh yea, his reason for *being banned from stalling* was "modifying prices" can u get banned for modifying prices. lol

Well if he was totally fair about it, I don't think it'd be much of an effort to hit the a button and stall it. :\

even in exhcange window, if you are patient and wait for it, then you cant be scammed. i have bought weapon elixir for 100k from exchange. and today i bought 3 weapon elixirs for 600k when everyone else asks for 300k each.

never heard if stall bann...

only heard of bot block / ccf...if hes ban then how is he loged in.

and since he said he was banned and it proves that hes not trustable

its not about being patient, if i opened exchange with him, YOU CAN BE HACKED, and if theres no such thing as stall ban, therefore i cant trust him, and hes probably trying to hack people.

wtf!? there was this party hack rumor, now this!?

i had the same situation where this guy was selling wpn elix for 45k, he didn't want to stall for some reason, so i exchanged, no harm was done, bought 2 (thats all he had) for 90k

whether its true or not, ive heard everyone say that u can be hacked from exchange. Maybe the person u exchanged with was just stupid and didnt know the value of a weap. elixir. But Ill i can say is, if its a rumor or true, i dont open exchanges im not taking that risk. Not worth it. And there is no reason why someone cant stall something for you. It isnt much more effort clicking confirm to make a stall than clicking the button for exchange, if someone doesnt want to stall something for u, be careful, and possibly change ur pw shortly after to ensure that they cant hack you.
