Question on armour

Ok, say i have Calvary Bronze armour and everything was maxed out at 100%
Would this be equivelant to the lowest form of scale armour at 0%?

Sort of. If you have pluses on the item, it is the same as a higher lvl piece. Also, the 100% everything is f-ing sweet to work with. Just add some +s to it and you will good with that for awhile. It willl be better than the Scale piece.
