Need advice on a nuker

Hello everyone!

I'm pretty new to this game, but after reading up on the forums for a little bit, I kind of got a feel for what to do. I'm currently set out to make a nuker (i've been putting all my points in INT since lvl 1...).

However, I need some advice on how I should go about farming and stuff. I'm mostly confused because while a lot of people push a 9 lvl gap, a equal amount push a 5 lvl gap. What would be best suited for my build (I understand that nukers eat SP like fresh meat in front of a T-Rex). Another question I have is about the weapon I should use.... I'm kind of switching off right now, but I dont want to put anything in the weapon masteries unless i'm totally sure.

I'm currently level 16 running a 5 gap, but should I go on to a 9 lvl gap or just leave it? And what should I pick for a weapon, seeing as I'm going to be a nuker/healer/PvE type for my friend's new guild?

I realize it's a lot of info at once, but if someone could help me work through it, I would really appreciate it. Thanks!

okay, first of all, you would use either a spear or a sword, depending on ur preferences. if u like defense more, go sword, if more pure attack, go spear.

second, for skills, i suggest u use lighning for spear and perhaps fire for sword. u can have a little ice for defense.

and as for sp, u will need ALOT of that since ur going to be a healer/nuker type person. not only will u have to focus on ur normal skills, u will also need a lot for force.

i suggest u go a lvl 9 gap, but if u cant manage that and ur already at lvl 16 then get a good weap and start farming at SH. otherwise ur life will b hard later on, like mine, since i was stupid enough not to know how to sp farm until around lvl 20.

anyways, i hoped that helped. i'm not a super expert at this game, but ive played awhile and get the grip of it.

Im pure Str Glav. And i own nukers.. My lvl atleast

But a Nuker with a few lvls on me can Def own me.


Nukers are cool and put out alot of dmg, but i have 1 or 2 hited some NUkers my lvl. (lvl 52)= they have No HP

Maybe because i have a sick +5 lvl 52 glav?

But Yea you should Sp farm at the SH for as long as u can stand it man!

Hey,

I have a pure int spear char. I'm currently lvl 20 and just finished cursed heart quest and fixed all my skills I messed up in the beginning hehe and now i'm ready to delevel back to lvl 16 to farm again.

At lvl 10 i put all my masteries to 10 so i could have some nice basic skills to work with and compensate for not having a killer bow.... from 16 to 20 i got 5.6k sp.

I would say there is no right way but if it's too slow for your liking then keep it all the way it is, level to level 20 and then do the cursed heart quest and lower all your skills and farm more effectively.

Go spear, live fast die fast, but nuke hard!

just a note. no matter what weapon you plan on using latr as a nuker, when farming you should use a bow. you will kill more efficiently cuz you wont have to chase mobs around.just point and shoot.then at lvl 30-32 when you get your nukes switch to a spear or sword/shield. don't get too many bow skills cuz you won't want to delvl to much.
