What do physical reinforce magical reinforce and attack rating signify? what does it mean? and what are good number these attributes?

A higher attack rating gives you a better chance of doing more damage. If your weapon's attack is 300-400 and you have a high attack rating, you have a better chance of getting close to 400.

It depends on the degree of your weapon. Reinforce plays a role in the weapon's durability, the higher the reinforce, the slower the actual durability will drop(Don't quote me on that). And phys reinforce means when affected by physical attacks and same with magical.
