I have a few questions about weapons and armors.

What do the percentages in parentheses mean? (next to critical,parry,mag atk pwr,etc)

On the BLU weapon what does str+3/Int+3 crit 35 mean? (does it add this amount to your strength/intelligence?) The only reason i ask is b/c i recently got a crit +35 blu shield and it didn't increase crits...any ideas anyone.
