Can SoSun items drop at any degree, or is there a limit?

I see low level SOSun items, I was wondering if there is 3rd 4th 5th 6th 7th and 8th degree SOSun drops?

yea they just harder to find...... every 1 was newb at oen point which gave alot of time for sosun etc drops but higher you got the more rare they are and high in price

I have heard, on this very forum, that 8th degree only come in SOS. Is this info correct?

8d only came in sos when it was lvl 70 cap
now that it was raised to 80 we get som and sosun
