SP Farming Help PLS

I have a 4 lvl gap now, I am de-lvling to a 9lv gap. My lvl is now 38. With that said, what on earth should I farm on? I am currently hunting Yeowa. I can kill them before they reach me. Should I stay or should I go somewhere else?

grind on monsters that are 3-4 lvls below you. so if your 38 and you got a 9 lvl gap, then farm on mobs that are lvl 34 or 35. you should be able to 1-2 shot kill them.
