what is up with the uique monster? do they just come out once in a while?
im level 27 should i have saw one now?

The unique monsters show up roughly every 4 hours or so. I copuld ne wrong but that seems to be about right. You just have to be in the right place at the right time. I saw tiger girl when i was lvl 15, so it is not a matter of what lvl u r. BTW she shows up in or around the stronghold where the bandits are.
