Jewelry Boxes Drop rate

I was just wondering...

For the jewelry boxes, does every monster have a same rate of dropping them?

Or do monsters closer to your level drop them more often?

In my opinion, i dont think they do. The first 4 box's were very easy to get but then it got harder (killing the same monster).

the drop rate is dependent on the mob drop rate, and the mob drop rate is dependent on 2 things how close you are to the mob lvl and the drop rate of the mob rate to begin with. if you want more boxes, the standard advice is to grind on green mobs since they have a decent drop rate still while being quick to kill so it will seem like they drop faster.
