Should I Increase my Shield BR of 14...

Hi

I just bough a good lvl42 SOS +4 shield...

Most of its stats are have over 54% as a min ^^, but it is only BR14+0%....

is BR10 the min BR?

Some guy in the official forums claimed he had a BR19 and tried to get it to 20 LOL

he then went on about how he tried many stones and the best he got was aboutBR9...

but from searching here BR10 seems the min and I've never seen lower!

Basically I think if this is so I shall go ahead and try for a better BR ^^

anyone know what the % next to the BR value really means... (I have looked - but answers seemed a little vauge and contradictory)

mostly values seem to go like:

BR14+40%
BR17+17%
BR19+90%

But have seen quite a few like:

BR14+0%
BR17+50%

Help on this is much appreciated ^^

for an sos shield, 14 is the lowest value. I say try and get it up.

soo going by that... 100% on a normal Shield gives BR20

so could the SOS max then be BR28

now that I'd like to see
