I am confused about what the Blues show...for example:
What does Str Increase 1 (0%) mean?
What does Immortal (4 times/times) mean?
What does Lucky (2times/times) mean?
Weapon Stats

Str Increase 1 (0%) means you have a +1 to your strength when you put this item on. the 0% means that if you wanted to attempt the alchemy proccess to add more STR you still could. Once it reaches 100% you can no longer add STR to it.
Immortal (4 times/times) means that if during the course of the Alchemy proccess the weapon "would" have broken then there are four chances it won't. Roughly. If the item breaks its gone.....forever.
Lucky (2times/times) means that it has 2 addition "Luck" modifiers on it already. IE without adding lucky powder. It's still highly reccommended to add lucky powder.
Don't have a clue if that actually helps you but.....there you go.

In my opinion, the % also represent how much the state is higher than normal.
For example, a normal blue strength increase for an item is 1 point. If it have a 100%, that means to add 2 str.
This is what I feel, I am not sure it is correct. But I am sure that more % there is, the higher the state get.

As far as I know that is not true. The percentage means howmuch str it is from the maximum it can get for that degree of item. (str can be put on all items) For instance 5th degree items can get upto 4 str. so at 4str its 100% and 1 = 0%.
