Is there a price guide anywhere?
Also, how do you find out a sellign price for items taht you get...for example if I get a nice weapon with blues or +1 or % boosts, how do I know what to sell it at?

First of all welcome to SRF...
and as for your question...well the most easiest way to find out how much
an item really costs is to go to any NPC and see how much you can
sell it to them for...what ever they offer is half of its orignal price...so if
they sell/buy an item for 40,000 then you know its really worth 80,000.
BUT...people in stalls are a HUGE RIP OFF...for example elixirs sell for
20,000 at an NPC, meaning they origonal cost 40,000. But people in stalls
sell them for almost 300,000 a go.
Its also best to look at it like this, just sell the item for whatever price you
would be willing to pay for it.

putting an official price guide can be very hard as all servers have different supply and demand.
For example, on one server about 50% can be STR bladers, while on the other server around 70% can be pure INT nukers, leading to a change in the demand.
Same goes for supply, since drops can come pretty random
