qestion regarding ppl selling silk

hey all ,, hope u r having fun in sro.. :wink:

well... mm. i'll get 2 the point , a couple of minutes ago i was in jangan when i saw someone selling silke ( or pretending 2 b doing so ) :!:

so i had a little chat with him & we made an agreement that he's gonna sell me 88 silk for 100k

afterwards he asked for my id & pass so i told him 2 cancel the whole thing cuz one of my friends was screwed when someone told him that he gonna sell him 130 silk/200k & he never recieved the silk :banghead:

so the real question is can someone really sell silk 2 other ppl or these guys r just scammers or wt exactly :?:

silk cannot be traded. silk goods (pets etc.) cannot be traded.

selling silk is a way to get your ID and PW. so NEVER buy silk from others. same thing with selling astrals etc. NEVER trust anyone in these points. NEVER give your ID and PW and NEVER give anyone your weapon or other items to put astrals etc. on it. you WILL lose it.

it cannot be said often enough.

It can be a scam or it may not...BUT

If the person got your ID and password, he can brute force your account. He may even charge back, causing your account to be banned. Practically, it is not safe. Chances of meeting honest dealers are like finding a pin under the sea.

If someone is selling you silk, just ignore them or say no.

Believe it or not, there are honest silk dealers. You just need to know them.

But in general, don't buy silk from anyone but those that you trust.
