pvp lv 20

Ok im lv 20 now. so what do i do to kill outher players what do i need to get? where do i need to go to get it? Do i get a penelty ? I dont know what now. but it will be fun. does it have to be in a surtain lv?

yes but you get offender for that (you name turns purple and anyone can
attack you) and if you die you lose exp

if you kill them you get murder status (name is red and anyone can kill
you possibly causing invintory items to drop)
and you lose a shit load of exp... about 15% total
