Are these pets tradeable?

If I buy for example lvl 100 wolf with name and evolve it to some fellow would name be same or you can change it again?

I believe that they are trade-able as long as they aren't bought with the "normal" silk.

The name stays the same.

If you evolve your pet, yes it's tradeable. If you buy a fellow pet for normal silk, as TheInvisible said, it will not be tradeable.
If you buy it for premium silk, it will

Huh? You sure that we are talking about the same thing?

Character Names can be changed, but afaik pet names can't be changed at all.

Edit : Um, there is a new item that can be used to change the name of the Cos
