Stuck on level 20?

I'm currently killing mobs atm to raise my level, and for some reason i'm stuck to level 20 after I've collected 100% exp? Why is this? I haven't been playing in a while so have they changed something about that? :S

Oh i've started a new character as well and as soon as I get to level 4, I have to get 100% exp 10 times, why is this?

Simply because the 100% (at the bottom) is actually 10% of the exp required to level up.

I know that sounds confusing but not sure how to explain it :o


Well leveling up at Isro is slow, so some may suggest private servers to you.

Well most private servers are stable and range from 5x to 700x times faster than isro speed of leveling up and starting from 70 cap up to 120 cap.

Yeah i'm playing the Isro, but this must be somewhat new to this game because I could level up faster than this XD I particularly don't like private servers, but I guess I have to cope XD Thanks for the answers guys

Any ideas why they've changed the levelling system?

Well it isn't very new actually, been here for more than a year (Don't remember exactly when it was changed).

Anyway i believe that it got changed to let people see that they are leveling up faster and to see that exp bar moving more often.

The exp bar use to show 0-100% of exp to next level. Now it shows 0-10% of next level. Each time you fill it up, you only get 10%. People were tired of grinding for 6 hours and only gaining 0.03% a day. So now it looks like you gained 3% per day, but in reality it's still 0.03.
