rate of wizard nuke speed

whats the fastest casting offensive skills that a wizard has?

Earth : Ground Charge > Earth Shock
Ice: Ice Bolt > Frozen Spear > Snow Wind?
Fire: Fire Blow > Fire Bolt > Meteor
Light: Lightning Bolt > Charged Wind?

i wanna find out which skills are faster and slower to cast then others....
lets put it this way:
lvl 100 vs lvl 100 both have SOSUN +15 staffs and both have no other gear or buffs...
in a pure skill speed fight... who would win? ice bolt is faster then fire bolt... ice bolt would win... but fire blow is faster again... so i write it like this
Fire Blow > Ice Bolt > Fire Bolt > Earth Shock
for example...

anyone have a good idea of speed order? or the EXACT speed? =D ty in advance

Im pretty sure ice bolt/firebolt/lightning bolt are all the same speed. Aoe nukes are hell lot slower, same for meteor. Other than that, frozen spear is somewhere between meteor and firebolt.

In a pvp between 2 wizzies, they would both use fire blow, one with better gear wins

no at a lower lvl if a wiz casts firebolt at you, if you have good reactions you can use ice bolt and counter him... ice bolt is faster fo sho

A lower than cap wizards (not the best gear yet) , all wizards should be able to 1 shot each other , especially in new servers (very few soX) .

It happened to me countless times in ctf/battle arena where i killed 3 or more wizards/rogues by planning my attacks (an Aoe then fire/ice bolts at most cases) .

its more to do with plvling speed with aoe nukes to be honest.... i wanna know what the best nukes to use are.
i can use blizzard and meteor and earth shock (or w.e its called)

so do i use.... chain lightning, ground rave, or charged wind as my other nuke? =D

Sure that ice bolt and fire bolt have the same speed.

In terms of powerlvling, depends where you are at but at ongs its pretty much normal attack for normal mobs, fire bolt if a mob is alone, earth aoe if they are not. lightning nuke comes in handy too.
