is it true that every equipment we destory
we get random amount of elements
or
eg. i have 2 identical lv60 weapon
i destory both and i get the same amount/type of element

its random, however certain things like wep type and degree do tell what lvl of what yuo get. for example you always get wind 4 from 4th degree bows, not always much of it, but i at least always get it when i disjoint 4th bows

Is it possible to get an upgrade item (stone/elixir) from using destroyer rondos, or do they just give back elements?

You can get stones + elements.
