9 mastery gap

I was just wondering about the effects of the 9 level gap.

1) Powerlevel 9 gaps
2) Cursed Heart 9 gaps

are they the same? or do you get different Exp/SP ratio???

They are the same. A 9 gap is a 9 gap no matter if you delvled your skills using silk, hearts or build up the gap while lvling. In case you don't exactly know what a 9gap is. Basically the difference between your character level, and your highest mastery level determines your gap. So for a 9 gap you will need your highest mastery level at like 30, and your character should be level 39. It doesn't matter what level your other masteries are, as long as they are 30 or under you will have that 9 gap. Anything above the 9 gap, so 10 gap and up, won't affect the exp/sp rate.
