Linux and silkroad question.
Does any 1 know if i would be able to run SRO on Xandros *linux* and also use xfire ? if so help me out pls.....
Metaldonut/Alps/ if u wana join a guild called Pwn_Legion.
A friend of mine got it running in BSD, but he couldn't get GameGaurd to cooperate. I guess, if you could get one of the GG bypass programs to run in Linux you could probably get SRO to run, as well, but then, that is hacking the game, and not allowed.
Unfortunately, I do not know what emulator he was running to get it to work. And, of course, he has since quit playing, so I don't think he ever came up with a full solution.
Good luck with getting it running...I am sure a lot of people out there would be interested in knowing the info if you get it to work.
