Grinding.

Quest rewards are, generally, not all that amazing. But it's nice to do them as they help make grinding more fun.

Mostly grinding. I did a few quests on my main only to get some rewards, still haven't done Ivy for the zerk scrolls, but I'm planning on it on my alts. 10 scrolls would be hella useful.

Basically the formula is grind as much as possible in parties; solo when necessary, taxis when you can't find anyone else at all. Quests I do are only because they coincide with my grinding spots - i.e. if I'm killing antelopes and antinokes, take that quest, you might as well get some extra xp.

I try to get all the quests that give me SP as well.

Well, I'd say grinding BUT now it's a new quest system, you kill around 1/3 of what you needed to kill before but you gain almost 3x more EXP then before.

So I don't know anymore, but before it was grindg who was the fastest.

I say both! Why not do quests when you're solo grinding?

with all the new quests I've been finding, I'd say you could easily 6-gap now if not 9-gap. Best of both worlds, SP gain plus lots of XP from quests.
