i've seen some of the people saying having voice chat to play SRO???

how do u do that??? i don't see an option of voice chat in SRO

do you use another programme to do it??? like msn?? or netmeeting??

You can use external voice chat programs for that.

I myself use Teamspeak, but there also Ventrilo, Skype,...

Vent is what most people use.
Without it, anyone legit would have never got 70 .

ventrilo is a great program to use, and you can find it (free) at http://www.ventrilo.com

There's also the server-client there, so you can host your own server and it doesn't drag too much cpu/network.
