Q1: need to know your build before you can choose your gear

Q2: Overall a build that is pretty good in pvp / pve is 80 light 20 cold 100 fire but better in pvp would be 100 cold / 100 fire.

I prefer a pro set for that build since your phy def will be low with a garm set.

With 100 cold you can go with garm but pro set works too (great against warriors).

Q3: the lvl76 / 98 skill; strong bow craft / will

Q4: the lvl73 and 94 skill; 5 and 6 arrow combo

100 Pach/Fire/Cold with Garm IMO...Great defense, awesome looking gear and you get speed increase/mp reduction. Pure str's don't need Light, they only take it cuz it takes less sp.

Well I think if you are 100fire/80lightning/20cold or something like that, you can wear either protector or armor, due to the lack of phy. def.
I totally agree with XMoshe. I think 100Pach/Fire/Cold with garment is just the best. The whole cold business won't require much SP. You should level the Frost Ghost Series and Snow Shield Series and the passive of course. You shouldn't max the snow shield series tho, since your mana pool is not that big. So I guess 20-40% is more than enough (I might be wrong).
By the way I think that on lower levels lightning is not that bad. Buying those speed potions cost lots and lots of gold. If you level up your lightning to level 21 to get Grass Walk - Flow level 4 is just fine. You can delevel on higher levels. At least this is how I've done it.
