Silkroad skin ... need help :-S

hi , i'm "new" on this forum but now new on silkroad . i was wondering if can anyone help me with something ? :-S i want to change my HP/MP bar ( like u see in this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XIcp-0_y07k )
and the skill / xp / sp bar like i see in the in the Guide from "Editing your UI"

i tried to download the files from that guide but .....it sais that i need a PREMIUM account -.-

and i REALLY want to make the HP/MP bar like the one in the vid :-S and the skill bar like the one in the guide , cuz i'm borred of the monottony of the Silkroad UI.

can someone help me ? :-S

You don't need a premium account to dl those files. It's rapidshare, this means you need to wait to dl.
