Chinese Hats?

This is a silly question I'm sure, I've played SRO for a little while but always Euro characters. I finally really got into making a Chinese character. And I notice some people running around in Chinese hats..like on this site.






But I cannot find any place to purchase these hats...they only sell "Hood" in NPC. Which is similar to coronet or some headband thing, you cannot see it on your character.


NOOB questions I know, but I really don't understand where to obtain one.

mobs drop them. there a piece of armor or in this case garment like the hood.

grind at the bandit den. kill the archers there and they drop items like that real quick.

Hyungo ghost soldiers (Think that's what there called) drop them commonly.

It's the same with euro hats and heads too.
