How does a bard use Dancing Concert line skills?

Skills like Dancing of Valor, Magic, Healing, Mana, Flight... all say "This skill will only work when you are within the distance of the music play effect of another player's music play."

Whenever I try to use one of the skills it says: "Can only be used within music play area."

So how do I use it?

you have to be in a party with another bard who uses a skill out of the Music Pleasure line (and ofcourse stay in the range of the skill)
